Art Inspired Alice Springs Three Bedroom Accommodation
Residence with 3 bedrooms overlooking the charming waterlily pond. A pool side paradise, perfect for entertaining with its large open kitchen, informal dining and lounge opening onto an outdoor seating area. The other side of the residence with perfect north east orientation enjoys absolute privacy and mood garden lighting for numerous entertainment possibilities. The Eastern side gardens capture the morning winter sun and fabulous night skies.
With its own private entrance, private garden spaces, undercover verandah area, your own bbq, and private secure off-street parking. With a large selection of artworks, this apartment is like ‘living in a gallery’…
The Pond has a large open-plan living and well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar. The kitchen has stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, water filter, tea (loose-leaf, tea bags, herbal) and plunger coffee. Comfy sofas, tv, dvd, cd and beautiful artwork are all features of the apartment. There is also a formal dining area seating 8-10 people. There is a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry facilities with washing machine.
Beyond the fence covered in jasmine is a lagoon style solar-heated salt water swimming pool.
Spacious Apartment Living
- The Pond is a spacious residence with 3 bedrooms:
- The master bedroom is large with a superbly comfortable king size bed.
- The Den bedroom has two single beds (one with extra trundle bed when needed).
- The Lotus bedroom has a queen bed.
- Towels and luxury cotton bed linen are provided, plus crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
- Catered dinner parties can be arranged with our preferred caters on request. As well as your own private outdoor and garden spaces, with plenty of seating and your own private bbq.
- A secure off-street parking for one vehicle (or two smaller vehicles), behind your own roller door. There is also plenty of street parking.
