Our property has that something special… providing a venue that is different and will stand out in the memories of your guests.

Booking the whole property for your next function gives you access to all four apartments (necessary for bathroom access), which also provides you the option for guests who are staying overnight. With 7 bedrooms and four bathrooms, the property centers around the main apartment with its huge living/kitchen space and dining room, providing a great space if you are catering for your event.

In addition to the outdoor spaces (some undercover), each apartment provide great little meeting areas if your group needs to divide up.

The apartments are furnished and hung with original indigenous artwork (with each apartment having their own catalogue) that adds to the atmosphere of a ‘live-in gallery’.

We have had many guests who have booked Vatu Sanctuary for their own event and function including, family gathering, celebrating an anniversary, commitment ceremonies, weddings, writers, art groups, yoga and meditation groups, film and visiting celebrities, business and government meetings, workshops, business stakeholder groups, special dining events and many more…

Whether it is for business or pleasure, work or family, Vatu Sanctuary ‘Function House’ provides exquisite surroundings that will have your clients / guests enjoying themselves and feeling relaxed, departing with some great memories.

Special rates for weekly, monthly or longer bookings. Bond required (refundable less any deductions). The bond covers additional cleaning cost, property and furnishing damages and small item breakages.

Contact us for rates. We can arrange equipment and related services or put you in touch with the relevant local service hire. If you are booking us for a function/event or special activity and need help, we can put you in touch with - YourSpecial events - who can handle your event requirements. Get in touch with us if you require a list of caterers and other service providers.

Please note: Catering, floral arrangements, equipment hire etc. can be organised by us at additional administration and service cost.
