Waldron’s traditional country is Queensland’s Gulf Region. His works record impressions of contemporary life and artistic expressions, of the significance of traditional place, using abstracted topography. His works show an interesting example of combining styles, with tonal and textural variations, overlaid with strands of fine lines and chalky stokes, a mastery of the elegant execution of abstract minimalism. The gentle curves and meandering lines in the Yellowwood, Bush Apple and Duck Creek reflect an unselfconscious freedom of movement.

For her that spirit beings come to earth and contribute to great events and then leave their mark, is quite logical and fits into what she believes to be real.
